|Recommended: YesNice Townhomes — I have lived at Aspire Townhomes for six years and it has, for the most part, been a great place to live. The townhomes are large, and the interior includes quality countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Any issues I have had while living here have been minimal. There are the occasional maintenance requests I have had to make and sometimes the complex has not had the best vendors for things like snow removal over the years this last year was great though . The biggest complaints I have for this complex involve ground maintenance and internet. There are always certain residents that do not clean up after their pets. However, there isn't much that management can do if they do not know who is doing it. As for the internet, the property does not have a lot of options due to where it is located so it's basically just CenturyLink Quantum Fiber and Mediacom at this point in time. Again, not something that management can do anything about. Overall, I would recommend living here.

|Recommended: NoLost it. — The transfer of owners has not gone well. The only bright star has been the maintenance crew staying on. The new profiles for residents are screwed up I, the Lease signer, no longer can use my profile to login. I have to use my wife's contact login exclusively now. It's like I don't even exist in the Kalos universe.
Very difficult to get in touch with the Property managers. And, while invited to write a review of the situation, I'm also required to agree to Terms and Conditions'. How convenient.
We apologize for any frustrations that may have came from the name change with management company. Please know the staff and ownership has remained the same as prior years. We are more then happy to assist with your new portal or any concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the office directly.
